IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Dear RV Parents and Guardians,

This year, Rancocas Valley Regional High School will transition from using Edline to a new program, ParentCONNECTxp. Similar to Edline, ParentCONNECTxp is a web-based program that allows  parents to keep track of their child's academic progress. This new program will be implemented on October 1st.  In order to apply, parents and/or guardians will be asked to register with a user name and password.  Once you have registered online, passwords will be mailed to you. Helpful Tips:

For PC users,
    If you are having difficulty accessing Parent Connect from your home computer, first check that you have the latest updates to Windows available from Microsoft. Your computer operating system should be preferably either Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.
    Please be aware that Windows firewall or software such as Norton 360 or McAfee may block access to the Parent Connect site depending upon your security settings. Consult the documentation with those products to allow access to https://pcxp.rvrhs.com/.
    For users of Internet Explorer 6 or 7, enable cookies, delete temporary files, and add https://pcxp.rvrhs.com/ as a trusted website by the following steps:
            1. Start Internet Explorer
            2. Select Tool -> Internet Options -> Privacy tab -> Sites
            3. Add address https://pcxp.rvrhs.com/ and click Allow and the OK.
            4. Select the Security tab and click Trusted Sites
            5. Add address https://pcxp.rvrhs.com/ and click OK.
            5. Select Tool -> Internet Options -> General tab -> Click delete under Browsing History the select Delete All and click OK
 
For MAC users,
    Please be aware that security software may block access to the Parent Connect site depending upon your security settings. Consult the documentation with those products to allow access to https://pcxp.rvrhs.com/.
    Assuming you use Safari as your browser:
            1. Click Safari from the menu and select Preferences.
            2. Click Security and select "Accept Cookies" and check "Ask before sending a non-secure form to a secure website."
            3. Click Safari from the menu and select Empty Cache.
