1. Transfer Card (with N.J. Smart State ID# included)
2. Immunizations
3. Withdrawal grades from previous school
4. Copy of student’s transcript/test scores
5. Previous schedule
6. Birth Certificate
7. Copy of current I.E.P. (if student is Special Education)

Student transferring to Rancocas Valley Reg. H.S. from Out-of-State

1. Withdrawal grades from previous school
2. Copy of transcript/test scores
3. Immunizations
4. Previous schedule
5. Birth Certificate
6. Copy of current I.E.P. (if student is Special Education)

Parent Information needed: Proof of Residency in the district (i.e. Lease, Deed/Contract of Sale, current utility bills, driver’s license)  Four (4) items of proof are required at registration.
